Shipping Information

We try our level best to deliver the product as early as possible. Once the order is placed on our website, you will receive an order confirmation call from our sales representative. The order is only confirmed once your details are confirmed by our sales representative. Once the order is confirmed it is dispatched from our warehouse. Processing time for orders varies from product to product.

1. Major cities in Pakistan

It usually takes 72 hours to deliver in major cities after the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

2. Other locations in Pakistan

It will take 4 to 5 working days to deliver the product after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Returns, Exchange & Cash Back Policy

We have simple policies regarding returnsexchanges, and cashback. Please read them carefully.

Exchange:

We have a 15-day exchange policy meaning if you do not like the product or it does not fit, you can exchange it with the same product or any other product. (Courier charges for exchange will be borne by the customer). This policy does not apply to beauty products and sale items. The exchange will only be accepted if the product is unused and returned in its original packing. You can Email us for an exchange within 15 days

Return:

We have a 15-day return policy meaning if you do not like the product or it does not fit, you can exchange it with the same product or any other product. In case you do not want to exchange the product, you will be issued a voucher number of the same price as the items bought which you can use for future purchasing. Return will only be accepted if the product is unused and returned in its original packing. (PLEASE DON’T REMOVE THE TAG). An invoice slip is Mandatory for return. You can Email us for a Return within 30 working days (Courier charges for return will be borne by the customer) 

Refund/Cashback:

If you do not like the product and want your money back you can Email within 30 working days, Our representative will call you and after that, we will collect the product from your place (if service is available in your location) and Transfer your money in your Bank account OR Easy paisa/Jazz cash account, Return will only be accepted if the product is unused in its original packing (PLEASE DON’T REMOVE THE TAG). You will receive 70% of your invoice amount back. Your payment will only be processed if the product is not damaged or used. It will take 10 days to process your refund. (Bank charges for refund/cashback will be borne by the customer).

 

Note: In case we find a mistake from our side we will not charge any delivery charges for exchange and if you want a refund, we will be sent 100% of your product amount back to you after receiving the product in our warehouse.
